VINTAGE SHOPPING ON BRICK LANE
When it comes to vintage shopping, Brick Lane should be top of your list. It's a long street that runs from Bethnal Green through Shoreditch on into Whitechapel and is a hive of activity.
Whether it's thrift shopping or a lunchtime curry, Brick Lane is full of quirk. You'll also spot some of the coolest street style in London as plenty of fashion folk flock to the area. Always worth having your camera out if street photography is your thing.
Go on a Sunday and enjoy some of the most creative traders about at Sunday Upmarket. From delicious street food to fashion and homewares, there's something for everyone. If it's just vintage clobber you're after then check out thrift shops like Rokit and Beyond Retro.

TAKE INSTAGRAM-WORTHY SHOTS IN FRONT OF THE GRAFITTI
It doesn't matter whether you're a local or a tourist, graffiti hunting in Shoreditch is always fun. New pieces pop up every day so the arty streets are always changing. If you're a tourist and you want to know more about the history then it's worth doing a Shoreditch London street art tour.
Every time we head into Shoreditch we can't help but get a few shots. Whether it's street style shots of us or just photos of the area, we're definitely not the only ones snapping away - it's a great place to shoot that's for sure.
CHEAP EATS: GRAB A FAMOUS BAGEL
Honestly, for a cheap lunch on the go you have to visit the famous bagel shops on Brick Lane. There are two and both are an East End institution. Whether you choose to go to Beigel Shop or Beigel Bake, they are very popular so be prepared to queue.
We don't eat meat these days but Matt remembers a 2am salt beef bagel (Beigel Bake is open 24 hours) to be quite the tasty morsel.
DISHOOM: ENJOY THIS WELL KNOWN SPOT FOR BREKKIE
It's said that a Dishoom breakfast is one of the best about so why not start your day in Shoreditch at this Indian delight. The menu offers vegan and meat options but be warned, it does get busy. You can make a breakfast reservation but if you don't, you might have to wait a while to slurp your mango lassie.
ROOFTOP DRINKS IN SHOREDITCH LONDON
Take in the city views and enjoy a tipple at one of the many rooftops in Shoreditch London. The Queen of Hoxton is great if you're looking for a cocktail come dancing situation and Boundry is a beautiful spot for a date.
Shoreditch House and The Curtain offer rooftop spots with a swimming pool, but, at a members price. Unless you know a friend with a membership... you can enjoy a coffee and a swim against the city backdrop on them in that case.
COLUMBIA ROAD FLOWER MARKET
Columbia Road Flower Market is a must-do if you happen to be in Shoreditch on a Sunday. Meander through this bustling market and enjoy vendors selling anything from cute cacti to quirky lemon trees. You'll also notice them lure you in with their East End cockney rhyming slang.
It's worth getting up early for this market, as one of London's most popular places to visit, it gets super busy. Grab a coffee, have a mooch, buy some flowers and then end up in Birdcage pub for a yummy roast lunch (their veggie option is very good).
You can hop off at Bethnal Green tube and walk down to Columbia road in 10 minutes. Or, if you're coming by over ground then get off at Shoreditch High Street. Download the City Mapper app to make any London journey by public transport easier.
There's plenty to enjoy so we'd totally recommend you spend a weekend in Shoreditch. With tasty breakfast options, shops aplenty and bars to enjoy drinks in, you definitely won't be bored. Just remember to take your camera!
